Returns and Repairs
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections we will gladly offer:
- issue a 100% refund for the value of the merchandise
- or exchange your item for the new one
- or replace your instrument to another one, which will correspond to your expectations in quality
Please check the products immediately upon the receipt, all claims (related to product appearance, count, package, etc.) shall be accepted within 10 business days after the delivery.
Products that passed through the income inspection can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All purchases returned within 30-60 days after shipment are subject to 10% restocking charge.
No returns are accepted after 60 days
Please note:
- Make sure the items are in their original undamaged condition
- Sterile and disposable products, instruments damaged beyond repair, special orders, discontinued items and sterilized instruments are not subject to returns
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable
- Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges

If your instruments (the items of other manufacturers are welcome as well) are damaged we will gladly offer you repair service. Marking\engraving, remarking and coloring service is also available upon request.
Please note:
- Our experts should ensure that the damaged items are service due and determine whether the defect is a warranty case, so please fill out the RGA form to accelerate the checking procedure.
- The instruments should be sterilized before shipping back
- During the repair process the price of service can be changed and\or the instrument can be beyond the repair
If any product purchased reveals a poor quality or has the manufacture defects - please don’t hesitate to contact us. After undergoing a full inspection by our repair specialists, if the defect was not caused by improper handling and misuse, we will provide you exchange of the defective instrument for a new one with no fees or we will repair the instrument.

Contact your customer service manager to get RGA Number. You will receive a response within 1 business day with all information about return, replacement, repair or refund conditions and address the instrument should be shipped.
